摘 要:复杂艰险山岭隧道地质多变,开挖工法时常在全断面与台阶法之间不断转换,传统施工需更换台架等,转换困难,造成窝工等问题。依托宜兴铁路复杂岩溶隧道,提出以全电脑三臂凿岩台车、多功能拱架安装台车及双臂湿喷机械手等机械化配套的微台阶快速施工技术。改进传统开挖台架为多功能拱架安装台车,实现了微台阶与全断面的直接转换以及拱架的自动提升与安装。经现场实践对比分析,该技术有效融合了现有先进设备,实现了工序紧密流水作业,充分发挥了凿岩台车的快速钻孔与多功能拱架安装台车的同步快速支护优势,减少了传统工序中的“隐形窝工”与作业人员数量,实现了真正意义上的降本增效,提高了复杂隧道开挖安全系数。同时机械化配套施工极大地推进了山岭隧道智能化建造的应用与发展,对相关复杂类型隧道施工具有一定的参考意义。Complex and dangerous mountain tunnels have variable geology,and the excavation method is often converted between full section and step method,and the traditional construction requires replacement of platforms,which makes the conversion difficult and causes problems such as labor shortage.Relying on the complex karst tunnels of Yixing Railway,we propose the micro-step rapid construction technology with the mechanized support of fully computerized three-arm rock drilling cart,multifunctional arch installation cart and two-arm wet spraying robot.It improves the traditional excavation dolly into multifunctional arch installation dolly,realizing the direct conversion between micro-step and full section and the automatic lifting and installation of the arch.After comparative analysis of on-site practice,this technology effectively integrates the existing advanced equipment,realizes the process of close flow operation,gives full play to the advantages of fast drilling of rock drilling cart and synchronous fast support of multifunctional arch installation cart,reduc es the“invisible nesting”and the number of operators in the traditional process,and realizes the real meaning of it reduces the“invisible labor”and the number of workers in the traditional process,realizes the real sense of cost reduction and efficiency,and improves the safety coefficient of complex tunnel excavation.At the same time,the mechanized supporting construction greatly promotes the application and development of intelligent construction of mountain tunnels.It has certain reference significance for the construction of related complex tunnels.
