摘　　要：新质生产力作为生产力发展的崭新理论表达,蕴含着现代生产要素深度整合、生产效能整体跃升的内在属性,呈现出生产力发展从旧到新的演化逻辑。新质生产力根植于中国式现代化的伟大实践,以数智化为核心驱动力,体现出生产要素的高度融合性,彰显出生产方式的持续推进性,展现出生产力形态的超越性,开辟了生产力发展的全新图景。习近平总书记立足唯物史观和辩证唯物主义,深刻揭示了新质生产力的本质特征、发展规律及其与传统生产力的辩证关系,丰富发展了马克思主义生产力理论。从政治经济学视角审视,新质生产力以科技创新为先导,通过关键核心技术突破,实现生产力质的飞跃,是对传统生产力的革命性超越。培育新质生产力需坚持创新驱动发展战略,以智能数字化为技术基础,以新兴产业培育为着力点,加快创新型人才培养,为传统生产力变革和跃升提供持续动力。新质生产力揭示了新时代生产力演化趋势和规律,对引领中国经济高质量发展、加快构建新发展格局具有重要指导意义。The concept of new quality productive forces,a groundbreaking theoretical expression of productivity development,encapsulates the inherent attributes of profound integration of modern production factors and a holistic leap in production efficiency,presenting an evolutionary logic from traditional to new forms of productivity.Rooted in the grand practice of Chinese-style modernization,new quality productive forces are driven by the core power of digital intelligence,reflecting a high degree of integration among production factors,showcasing the continuous advancement of production methods,and demonstrating the transcendence of productivity forms,thus opening up a new frontier in productivity development.Drawing from the perspectives of historical materialism and dialectical materialism,General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly reveals the essential characteristics,developmental laws,and the dialectical relationship between new quality productive forces and traditional productivity,thereby enriching and advancing the Marxist theory of productivity.Through the lens of political economics,new quality productive forces,spearheaded by technological innovation and breakthroughs in key core technologies,achieve a qualitative leap in productivity,revolutionarily surpassing traditional productivity.Cultivating new quality productive forces necessitates adhering to an innovation-driven development strategy,utilizing intelligent digitalization as the technological foundation,emphasizing the nurturing of emerging industries,and expediting the cultivation of innovative talents to provide an enduring impetus for the transformation and elevation of traditional productivity.New quality productive forces unveil the evolutionary trends and laws of productivity in the new era,bearing significant guiding implications for steering China’s high-quality economic development and accelerating the construction of a new development paradigm.To accurately grasp the scientific connotation,essential features,and developmental laws of new quali
