摘 要:目的分析医科大学在校学生健康相关行为现状及心理压力的影响因素,探究缓解心理压力的对策,为高校今后开展具有针对性的健康教育活动及采取危机干预措施提供依据。方法采用压力知觉量表、压力应对量表等进行调查。结果学生积极应对、社会支持、自责与压力知觉呈负相关关系,逃避与压力知觉呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。每天和隔几天一次暴食、每天没有半小时以上的体力活动、没有恋爱、近一年没有认真考虑过自杀、近一年没有故意伤害自己是学生心理压力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论学校和相关部门应重点关注学生的健康相关行为,积极开展心理压力应对培训及心理疏导、健康教育工作。Objective To analyze the status of health-related behaviors and the influencing factors of psychological stress among medical collegians,explore strategies to alleviate psychological stress,and provide a basis for targeted health education activities and crisis intervention measures in the future.Methods Conduct a survey with Stress Perception Scales,Stress Coping Scales,etc.Re-sults Positive coping,social support,self blame,and perceived stress among students were negatively correlated,while avoidance was positively correlated with perceived stress(P<0.05).Overeating once a day and every few days,not engaging in physical activity for more than half an hour every day,not being in a relationship,not seriously considering suicide in the past year,and not intention-ally harming oneself in the past year are the influencing factors of student psychological stress(P<0.05).Conclusion Schools and relevant departments should focus on students'health-related behaviors,actively carry out psychological stress response training,psychological counseling,and health education.
