摘 要:生物医药产业是我国战略性新兴产业,发展生物医药产业是促进健康中国建设的重要内容。作为继传统小分子药物和抗体药物之后的第三类生物医药产品,小核酸药物的优势在于靶点较多,且特异性强,研发成功率相对较高,因此成为研发领域的重点内容。为了衡量我国小核酸药物的创新性,本研究以专利搜索平台数据为基础,对专利申请量、申请人构成、申请专利地区、专利申请类别以及专利类型分布进行统计分析。结果表明,我国小核酸药物的专利申请量逐渐增加,高等院校发明专利占主体地位,且主要集中在A61、C12及G01等领域。The biopharmaceutical industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,and the development of the biopharmaceutical industry is an important part of promoting the construction of a healthy China.As the third category of biopharmaceutical products,following traditional small molecule drugs and antibody drugs,the advantages of small nucleic acid drugs lie in having multiple targets,strong specificity,and relatively high success rates in research and development,making it a key focus in the field of research and development.In order to measure the innovation of small nucleic acid drugs in China,this study is based on patent data and conducts statistical analysis on patent application volume,applicant composition,patent application regions,as well as the distribution of patent application categories and types.The results show that the number of patent applications for small nucleic acid drugs in China is gradually increasing,with invention patents and higher education institutions occupying the main position,and patents mainly concentrated in the fields of A61,C12,and G01.
