摘 要:随着生物医用材料性能要求的提高,壳聚糖及其复合材料在骨组织工程中得到了广泛的应用和研究。壳聚糖作为一种天然的生物高分子基材料,具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性和生物活性,已成为骨修复材料的重要组成部分。为了提高壳聚糖骨修复材料的抗菌性能和生物活性,研究者采用多种方法将壳聚糖与其他材料复合。其中,壳聚糖复合银纳米粒子、生物活性玻璃、羟基磷灰石等材料能有效提高壳聚糖材料的抗菌性能,促进骨细胞增殖和再生。本文综述了壳聚糖复合抗菌材料在骨组织工程(软骨损伤、骨折、口腔)中的最新应用进展,分析了其发展中面临的挑战。With the improvement of the performance requirements of biomedical materials,chitosan and its composites had been widely used and studied in bone tissue engineering.As a natural biopolymer-based material,chitosan has good biocompatibility,biodegradability,and biological activity and has became an essential component of bone repair materials.In order to improve the antibacterial properties and biological activity of chitosan bone repair materials,researchers have used various methods to composite chitosan with other materials.Among them,chitosan composite silver nanoparticles,bioactive glass,hydroxyapatite,and other materials can effectively improve chitosan materials’antibacterial properties and promote bone cell proliferation and regeneration.This article reviews the latest progress and application of chitosan composite antibacterial materials in bone tissue engineering(cartilage injury,fracture,and oral cavity)and analyzes the challenges and shortcomings in its development.
