摘　　要：目的:探讨追踪延伸式护理对泌尿系结石行钬激光碎石术后患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月1日~2022年2月28日接受钬激光碎石术治疗的88例泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组在此基础上采用追踪延伸式护理模式;比较两组护理前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、生命质量量表(QOL)评分,下床活动时间、导尿管拔除时间、住院时间,并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理后HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.01),QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组下床活动时间、导尿管拔除时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:追踪延伸式护理能够改善泌尿系结石行钬激光碎石术后患者的心理状态和生活质量,加快患者康复进程,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of tracking extended nursing on patients with urinary tract stones after holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:A total of 88 patients with urinary tract stones who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy from January 1,2021 to February 28,2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing,while the observation group adopted tracking extended nursing on this basis.The hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD),hamilton rating scale for anxiety(HAMA),quality of life(QOL)scores,time to get out of bed,time to remove catheters,length of hospital stay,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups before and after nursing care.Results:After nursing,the HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the QOL score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The observation group had shorter mobilization time,catheter removal time,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.01),the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tracking extended nursing can improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients with urinary tract stones after holmium laser lithotripsy,accelerate the patient′s recovery process,and reduce complications.
