淮沈特大桥连续梁的施工技术分析

摘  要:结合淮沈特大桥工程实际,从施工重难点入手,对特大桥梁连续梁施工要点进行详细分析。为确保连续梁的稳定性,采用碗扣式钢管支架结构,不仅拆装方便灵活,而且结构更加稳定可靠。结合工程实际,在施工前对地基进行排水处理,利用钢管桩加强支撑,并制定应对坡度的施工办法,从而提升连续梁施工的工程质量。结果显示,采用基于碗扣式钢管支架的连续梁施工技术,能够满足工程质量的要求,确保工程如期完工,值得同类工程参考借鉴。Combined with the construction difficulties in the engineering practice of Huai-Shenzhen extra-large bridges,the construction points of continuous beams of extra-large bridges are analyzed in detail.In order to ensure the stability of the continuous beam,the bowl-button type steel pipe support structure is adopted,which is not only convenient for disassembly and assembly,but also more stable and reliable.Drainage treatment of the foundation is carried out before construction considering the actual situation of the project,and steel pipe piles are used to strengthen the support.Construction methods to deal with the slope are formulated,so as to improve the engineering quality of continuous beam construction.The results show that the continuous beam construction technology based on the bowl-button steel pipe bracket can effectively meet the requirements of project quality and ensure the completion of the project on schedule,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
