可控串补用于提升多机系统稳定性的控制方法及其仿真研究

摘  要:随着大规模的新能源接入电网,电网的稳定性问题日益突出。研究表明,在输电线路中加装可控串补装置(Thyristor-controllable series compensation,TCSC)可在一定程度上提高系统的稳定性。但是TCSC装置在工程应用中谐振、次同步振荡以及控制器参数输入的信号传输延时与失真等问题都影响着其发挥效能。针对上述问题,在对TCSC装置的结构参数进行分析讨论后,设计了基于本地测量参数的阻尼控制器。将由该控制方式组成的TCSC装置运用于典型的3机9系统中,结果显示,当系统发生影响同步电机功角稳定性的扰动情况下,所选取的TCSC装置能够快速响应,提升系统的稳定性。With the large-scale new energy access to the power grid,the stability of the power grid is becoming increasingly serious.Research shows that the stability of the system can be improved by installing thyristor-controllable series compensation(TCSC)devices in transmission lines.However,in the practical application of TCSC devices,the main problems such as resonance,sub-synchronous oscillation(SSO),signal transmission delay and distortion of controller parameter input all affect its performance.In view of the above-mentioned problems,the selection of the structural parameters of TCSC is analyzed and discussed,and then a damping controller based on local measurement parameters is designed.The TCSC device composed of this control method is applied to the typical 3-machine 9-bus multi-machine system.When the system disturbance affects the stability of the synchronous motor power angle,the selected TCSC device can respond quickly and improve the stability of the system.
