摘　　要：在全民普遍感染新型冠状病毒的背景下,新型冠状病毒感染后咳嗽患者在临床急剧增加,其病程长短不一,严重影响患者的生活及身心健康。虽然部分患者因机体正气充足可自行恢复,但仍有许多患者咳嗽不止,导致其寐不着枕,食不知味,饱受昼夜无安宁之苦。朱慧志主任现为安徽省江淮名医,安徽省中医院呼吸内科主任医师,硕士、博士生导师,其对于各种呼吸系统疾病的治疗有着丰富的经验,并且在运用中医药防治呼吸系统疾病方面取得显著疗效。在新型冠状病毒感染暴发期间,朱慧志主任始终坚持一线工作,并且外出参与抗疫支援工作,在运用传统中医中药治疗新型冠状病毒感染后咳嗽方面具有独特的见解。朱慧志主任熟谙经典,对于古代医家之理念更是循古用今,不断加以创新,并且临证时坚持中医思维,通过审证求因、明辨病机、治病求本等一系列中医理论及思维用药,通过大量临证发现新型冠状病毒感染后咳嗽病机可分为虚实两端,实者多以风邪犯肺为主,虚者多属气阴两虚,治疗上应辨其虚实寒热,根据“补虚泄实,寒热平调”的治疗原则加以治疗,此外在辨“证”的同时亦要根据不同患者的症状加以辨“症”治疗,如此方可标本兼治,快速涤邪外达,减轻患者痛苦。Under the background of the widespread infection of the whole population with the novel coronavirus,the number of patients with cough after corona virus disease 2019 has increased sharply clinically,and the duration of the disease varies,which seriously affects the life and physical and mental health of patients.Although some patients can recover on their own due to immunity function in the body,but there are still many patients coughing sleepless at night,having no appetite for food,suffering from no peace day and night.Director ZHU Huizhi is currently a famous doctor of Jianghuai in Anhui Province,chief physician of the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,master and doctoral supervisor,has rich experience in the treatment of various respiratory diseases,and has a good effect in the use of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat respiratory diseases.During the outbreak of the corona virus disease 2019,Director ZHU Huizhi has always adhered to front-line work and participated in anti-epidemic support work,and has unique insights in the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat cough after corona virus disease 2019.Director ZHU Huizhi is profound in understanding the classics and the concept of ancient and modern doctors,and is constantly innovating,and adhering to the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in diagnosis and treatment,through applying a series of traditional Chinese medicine theories and thinking,such as examining the cause of evidence,identifying the pathogenesis,and seeking the root of the disease.Director ZHU Huizhi finds that the cough after corona virus disease 2019 can be divided into deficiency and excess through a large number of clinical evidence,that the excess syndromes are mainly the wind evil attacking the lung,and the deficiency syndromes are mostly Qi(气)and Yin(阴)deficiency,and the treatment should identify its deficiency and excess,and the real cold and heat,and treat them according to the treatment princ
