摘　　要：鲜药,或称新鲜中药、原生药材,即采摘后即行使用、未经加工的药材,是传统中医药的重要组成部分,是中医治疗用药的特色之一,在我国历史悠久、应用广泛。相关文字记载最早可追溯至战国时期的《五十二病方》,其中已出现鲜山药治疗牝痔的记录。不同时代的医家也常常应用鲜药临证治疗,获得了良好的疗效。其中最为人熟知的,便是晋代医家葛洪《肘后备急方》中记载的鲜品青蒿冷浸绞汁的服用方法,为现代青蒿素的冷萃取治疗疟疾提供了依据。鲜品中药在药性、药味、归经、化学成分及药理作用上区别于干品中药及炮制品,在临床杂病、外感、温病、热病、急危重症等病证的救治方面效果显著,其中在治疗肿瘤方面有独特之处,特别是抗肿瘤、增强免疫、减少放化疗带来的不良反应等功效较干品中药更佳。临床常见的抗肿瘤鲜药单药有鲜龙葵、鲜人参、鲜金钱白花蛇、鲜芦荟等,而金龙胶囊、龙葵合剂、金水鲜胶囊等鲜药制剂在抗肿瘤方面也有显著的疗效。文章整理归纳近几年鲜药在临床抗肿瘤方面相关的文献,整合其抗肿瘤的临床疗效,分析相关鲜药和鲜药制剂的功用、主治以及现代药理,以推动鲜药在临床抗肿瘤方面的进一步运用以及推广,为临床使用鲜药进行抗肿瘤治疗提供参考。Fresh medicine,or fresh Chinese medicine,raw medicinal materials,unprocessed medicinal materials used immediately after picking,is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic drugs,which has a long history and is widely used in China.The earliest written records can be traced back to Wushier Bingfang(《五十二病方》)in the Warring States Period,in which fresh Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and perianal abscess has been recorded.Doctors in different times also often use fresh medicine in clinic treatment,which has obtained good curative effects.Among them,the most well-known one is the method of administrating the cold pickled juice of fresh Qinghao(Herba Artemisiae Annuae)recorded in Zhouhou Beiji Fang(《肘后备急方》)written by GE Hong of the Jin Dynasty,which provides a basis for the cold extraction of modern artemisinin to treat malaria.Fresh Chinese medicine is different from dry Chinese medicine and canned Chinese medicine in terms of drug property,taste,meridian returning,chemical composition and pharmacological action.It has remarkable effects in the treatment of clinical miscellaneous diseases,external diseases,febrilic diseases,calenture acute and severe diseases,etc..In the treatment of tumor,it has its unique features,especially in anti-tumor,enhancing immunity,reducing toxic and side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,it has better effects than dry Chinese medicine.Clinical common anti-tumor single drugs include fresh Longkui(Herba Solani Nigri),fresh Renshen(Radix Ginseng),fresh Jinqianbaihuashe(Bungarus Parvus),fresh Luhui(Aloe)and so on.The Jinlong Capsule(金龙胶囊),Longkui Mixture(龙葵合剂),Jinshuixian Capsule(金水鲜胶囊)and other fresh medicine preparations in anti-tumor aspects also have significant effects.In this paper,literature related to the clinical anti-tumor use of fresh drugs in recent years is summarized,the clinical efficacy of fresh
