基于隐结构结合关联规则分析中成药治疗咳嗽用药规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗咳嗽中成药的用药特色和配伍规律。方法:筛选《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版及增补本中收载的治疗咳嗽的中成药,将相关信息依次录入Excel表格,进行规范化处理建立数据库。运用Excel对纳入药物的频次、功效、性味、归经等进行统计分析,使用Lantern 5.0孔明灯中LTM-EAST算法构建治疗咳嗽中成药药物隐结构模型,综合聚类各隐变量,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析及可视化网络展示。结果:共纳入中成药242种,共有剂型13种,常见剂型为丸剂、颗粒剂、合剂和片剂,相同处方不同剂型中成药合并后有效处方171首,占比最多的前5类证型分别为风热犯肺证、痰热郁肺证、风寒袭肺证、痰湿蕴肺证和肺阴亏虚证。171种治疗咳嗽中成药涉及药物274种,用药总频次1533次,使用频次≥5次的药物共88味,以清热药、解表药和化痰药为主,使用频次最多的前10味中药依次为甘草、桔梗、苦杏仁、黄芩、麻黄、薄荷、陈皮、前胡、石膏、连翘。以88味高频药物进行隐结构模型构建及关联规则分析,共得到16个隐变量,聚为8类,得到高频药物组合22个,核心关联规则21条。结论:隐结构模型及关联规则反映中成药治疗咳嗽多以疏散风热、清热化痰药为主,咳嗽的主要病理因素为痰热及风热。Objective:To explore the medication characteristics and compatibility regularity of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of cough.Methods:The Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of cough included in the 2020 edition and supplement of the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China were screened.The relevant information was input into Excel tables successively,and standardized processing was carried out to establish a database.Excel was used to make statistical analysis of the frequency,efficacy,nature,falvor and channel tropism of the included drugs.The latent structure model of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of cough was constructed by using LTM-EAST algorithm in Kongming Lantern 5.0.The latent variables were comprehensively clustered.The association rules were analyzed and the visualization network was presented by SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:A total of 242 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were included,with 13 kinds of dosage forms.The common dosage forms were pills,granules,mixtures and tablets.There were 171 effective prescriptions for the combination of different dosage forms of the same prescription of Chinese patent medicines,and the top five syndromes were wind-heat attacking the lung,phlegm-heat congesting the lung,wind-cold attacking the lung,phlegm-dampness accumulating in the lung and deficiency of lung-Yin.There were 274 kinds of drus involved in the 171 kinds of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of cough,with a total frequency of 1533 times.There were 88 drugs used more than 5 times,mainly heat-clearing drugs,relieving exterior disorder drugs and phlegm-eliminating drugs.The top 10 drugs used most frequently were Gancao,Jiegeng,Kuxingren,Huangqin,Mahuang,Bohe,Chenpi,Qianhu,Shigao and Lianqiao.88 high-frequency drugs were used to construct latent structure model and analyze association rules.A total of 16 latent variables were obtained,which were clustered into 8 categories,and 22 high-frequency drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:The latent structure mo
