摘　　要：阴挺,即西医学之“子宫脱垂”,是一种盆底功能障碍性疾病,多见于绝经后妇女。该病患病率呈逐年上升趋势,对患者的身心健康和生活质量产生了严重的负面影响。曹奕教授认为该病源于脾、肾、肝三脏功能失调及冲、任、督、带四脉失固,脾虚则提系无力,肾虚则固摄无权,肝虚则筋膜驰纵,四脉亏虚则胞失养缚。曹奕教授基于“因虚致脱”理论,结合阴挺的病理特点,巧妙地将脏腑辨治、十二经脉与奇经理论相融合,采用针药结合,辅以灸疗之法,注重通督调任以益气生血,固本培元以升提胞脏,形神共治。曹奕教授充分发挥针药并用之妙,遣方灵活,针法精妙,疗效卓矣。其经验可指导临证辨治思路,后学宜以为鉴。Yinting,or“prolapse of uterus”in western medicine,is a kind of pelvic floor dysfunction disease,which is more common in postmenopausal women.The prevalence rate of the disease is increasing year by year,which has a serious negative impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Professor Cao Yi believes that the disease stems from the dysfunction of the spleen,kidney and liver and the hypofunction of the thoroughfare meridian,conception meridian,governor meridian and belt meridian.Deficiency of spleen leads to the weakness of lifting,deficiency of kidney leads to the inability of consolidating,deficiency of liver leads to the relaxation of fascia,and deficiency of four meridians leads to loss of nourishment of the uterus.Based on the theory of“prolapse caused by deficiency”and combined with the pathological characteristics of yinting,Prof.Cao Yi skillfully integrates the theories of zangfu differentiation,the twelve meridians and the extraordinary meridians.Prof.Cao Yi adopts the combination of acupuncture and medication,supplemented by moxibustion therapy,and focuses on dredging the governor meridian and regulating the conception meridian to nourish Qi and generate blood and reinforcing the fundamental and cultivating the vital energy to lifting the viscera,which can achieve harmonization between the body and spirit.Prof.Cao Yi gives full play to the ingenuity of the combination of acupuncture and herbal medicine,with flexible prescription and exquisite acupuncture technique,resulting in excellent therapeutic effect.His experience can guide the thinking of differentiation and treatment,and future generations should take it as a reference.
