摘　　要：生态文明建设是中华民族现代文明建设的重要构成部分,也是中华民族永续发展的根本大计,具有举足轻重的战略意义。我国民族地区的生态文明建设更是关乎各族群众民生福祉、中华民族共同体建设、中华民族伟大复兴等现代化的战略议题。这就决定了民族地区要在生态理念、生态发展、生态制度、生态治理等层面具备现代文明关怀。而这种战略关怀突出表现为树立生命共同体理念、推动社会经济绿色转型、健全生态文明制度体系、提升生态协同治理效能。因而,要依托战略定位与关怀,使民族地区生态文明建设的战略价值得到彰显;且在民族地区经济社会长期发展的全局战略规划与方案实施中,要理解时代走向、理论保障和实践抓手。这有助于更好地推动战略落实、实现战略价值,进而在生态文明建设的战略向度上推动中华民族现代文明建设。The construction of ecological civilization in ethnic areas is an important component of modern Chinese civilization and a fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,and is of strategic importance.As far as its strategic positioning is concerned,the construction of ecological civilization in ethnic areas is a modern strategic issue that has a bearing on the well-being of the people of all ethnic groups,the construction of the Chinese national community,and the mission of rejuvenating the Chinese nation.This determines that ethnic areas should have modern civilization care at the levels of ecological concept,ecological development,ecological system,ecological governance,etc.This strategic care is highlighted as establishing the concept of community of life,promoting the green transformation of society and economy,perfecting the ecological system,and enhancing the effectiveness of ecological collaborative governance.Relying on the strategic positioning and care,the strategic value of ecological civilization construction in ethnic regions can be highlighted,and in the long-term overall strategic planning and program implementation of ethnic regions,understanding the direction of the times,theoretical guarantee and practical grasp will help to better promote the implementation of the strategy and realize the strategic value,and thus promote the construction of modern Chinese civilization in the strategic direction of ecological civilization construction.
