摘　　要：目的:观察马大正教授外洗方联合低频电刺激治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法:收集2021年1月—2022年9月温州市中医院妇科治疗的外阴白斑患者,共40例。所有患者均采取马大正教授自拟的外洗方联合仿生物电刺激治疗。外洗方治疗,隔天1次,每次15 min,治疗10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。电刺激治疗与外洗方治疗交替进行,隔天1次,治疗10次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。经期停止外洗方及电刺激治疗。比较治疗前后外阴瘙痒程度、外阴皮肤弹性、外阴病变范围、外阴皮肤颜色情况评分,以及生活质量评分,观察随访3个月后的疗效。结果:治疗后,患者外阴瘙痒程度、外阴皮肤弹性、外阴病变范围、外阴皮肤颜色情况的评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,生活质量评分较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月后,临床疗效总有效率为85.0%。结论:马大正外洗方联合电刺激治疗外阴白斑可有效改善患者的症状与体征。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Professor MA Dazheng's external washing prescription combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation on vulvar leukoplakia.Methods:A total of 40 patients with vulvar leukoplakia treated in the Department of Gynecology of Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2022 were collected.All patients were treated with Professor MA Dazheng's self-designed external washing prescription combined with biomimetic electrical stimulation.The external washing prescription was applied once every other day,15 minutes each time,10 times for a course of treatment,and a total of two courses of treatment.The electrical stimulation treatment was alternated with the external washing prescription,once every other day,10 times for a course of treatment,and a total of two courses of treatment.The external washing prescription and electrical stimulation treatment were stopped during the menstrual period.The degree of vulvar pruritus,the elasticity of vulvar skin,the range of vulvar lesions,the color of vulvar skin,and the quality of life scores were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were observed after three months of follow-up.Results:After treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,vulvar skin elasticity,vulvar lesion range,and vulvar skin color were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life score was increased when compared with that before treatment,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After three months of follow-up,the total clinical effective rate was 85.0%.Conclusion:MA Dazheng's external washing prescription combined with electrical stimulation can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with vulvar leukoplakia.
