清肺止咳化痰汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺止咳化痰汤联合西药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取104例痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎患儿,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予清肺止咳化痰汤治疗。2组均治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间,治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎症指标水平。结果:治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率96.15%,高于对照组84.62%(P<0.05)。观察组发热消失、喘气困难消失、湿啰音消失、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,2组发热、咳痰、咳嗽积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组上述3项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,2组血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血清SIL-2R、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肺止咳化痰汤联合西药治疗小儿痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎,可迅速、有效地缓解患儿的临床症状,降低炎症指标水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine on children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type.Methods:A total of 104 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for seven days.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and the levels of serum inflammatory indexes before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:After seven days of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.15%in the observation group,higher than that of 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,dyspnea,moist rales and cough in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After seven days of treatment,the scores of fever,phlegm,and cough in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After seven days of treatment,the levels of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of SIL-2R and IL-6 in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can rapidly and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory indexes in children with mycoplasma pneumonitis of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung type.
