摘　　要：介绍冯五金老中医从寒湿论治抑郁症的临床经验。冯五金老中医认为,抑郁症侧重于精神障碍的表现,同时伴有畏寒、苔白腻等症状表现,有明显的脾肾阳虚、寒湿阻滞特点,提出从寒湿立论,治疗上以温阳散寒、除湿解郁为法。This paper introduces the clinical experience of the veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,FENG Wuji,in treating depression from the perspective of cold-damp.FENG believes that depression focuses on the performance of mental disorders,accompanied by fear of cold,white and greasy coating and other symptoms,and there are obvious characteristics of spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and cold-damp obstruction and stagnation.Therefore,he proposes to treat from the cold-damp theory,and take warming yang and dissipating cold as well as eliminating dampness and resolving constraint as the treatment methods.
