摘　　要：我国高血压患病率呈进行性增长趋势,2018年中国高血压调查显示成人高血压患病率约为27.9%。化学治疗可能会促进高血压的发展,从而导致不良心血管事件,有效管理抗肿瘤治疗相关的高血压可以预防严重的心血管事件。本文就恶性肿瘤相关高血压作一综述,对恶性肿瘤与高血压的关系、抗肿瘤治疗所致高血压及肿瘤患者高血压的治疗进行概述,旨在为规范恶性肿瘤患者高血压管理及治疗提供依据。The prevalence of hypertension in China shows a progressive increasing trend.The 2018 Chinese Hypertension Survey showed that the prevalence of hypertension in adults was about 27.9%.Chemotherapeutic may promote the development of hypertension,leading to adverse cardiovascular events.Effective management of hypertension associated with anti-tumor therapy can prevent serious cardiovascular events.This article reviews the hypertension associated with malignant tumors,summarizes the relationship between malignant tumors and hypertension,hypertension caused by anti-tumor therapy,and the treatment of hypertension in cancer patients,in order to provide basis for the management and treatment of hypertension in cancer patients.
