摘 要:“风光互补”能够综合光伏发电和风力发电的优势,提高供电的可靠性和资源的利用效率,加强土地的合理化、集约化利用,因而近年来得到了广泛的应用。目前,“风光互补”光伏组件主要以多晶硅组件为主。随着碲化镉、铜铟镓硒(CIGS)等柔性薄膜组件的研发成功,其因良好的弱光效应、无衰减、成本低和可塑性强等优点而得到了广泛的应用。基于此,对利用风力发电机组塔筒壁安装CIGS柔性薄膜组件实现“风光互补”的方案进行研究。Wind-solar complementation has found wide applications in recent years because it can integrate the advantages of photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation,improve the reliability of power supply and the utilization efficiency of resources,and improve the rationalization and intensive use of land.At present,the wind-solar complementary photovoltaic modules are mainly polycrystalline silicon modules.With the successful development of a series of flexible thin film components such as cadmium telluride and copper indium gallium selenide(CIGS),they have been widely used because of their good weak light effect,no attenuation,low cost and strong plasticity.This paper analyzes and studies the scheme of"wind-solar complementation"by installing CIGS flexible film components on the wall of wind turbine tower.
