摘 要:在户外变电站特别是沿海地区或山区的户外变电站中,当夏季相对湿度较高或冬季昼夜温差较大时,汇控柜玻璃观察窗、柜体内壁和顶板会出现凝露。当凝露严重到一定程度时,会有水珠从顶部滴到二次元件和端子表面,轻则使元器件锈蚀,重则造成出口继电器接线柱之间短接,致使断路器跳闸从而导致电网停电事故。通过对已发生凝露变电站的调查和治理,总结出防止凝露的几项措施。With respect to outdoor substations,especially those in coastal or mountain areas,glass observation windows,inner walls,and top plates of control cabinets highly prone to condensation when encountering high relative humidity in summer or dramatic day-night temperature difference in winter.The serious condensation may lead to drops of water dripping onto surface of secondary components and terminals,which can cause corrosion of components or short circuit between terminals of out-tripping relays,and further,undesired trips of circuit breakers and power failure accidents.This paper reports endeavors in survey and handling of existing cases,and puts forward some countermeasures for the prevention of condensation.
