摘　　要：发电机是石油钻机重要的动力供应源,其运行稳定性直接影响生产效率和设备安全。对一起石油钻机发电机突然熄火故障进行原因分析,并针对此类问题提出了一种新的变频器停机控制方式。改进前后绞车电机运行参数曲线的对比表明,改进后的变频器停机控制方式不会导致发电机电流急速攀升,避免了熄火事件再次出现,提高了发电机运行的可靠性。Generators are important power sources for oil rigs,and there operational stability directly affects production efficiency and equipment safety.This paper reports the causal analysis about a case fault of rig generator blackout,and proposes a modified inverter shutdown control method for this kind of problems.It can be concluded from the comparative analysis of draw works motor's operating parameter curves before and after modification that the modified control method does not cause rapid increase in generator current,avoiding rig generator blackout and improving reliability of generator operation.
