摘 要:光伏发电脱网运行造成光伏逆变器产生显著谐波,导致发电功率异常波动。为了保证分布式光伏发电运行的稳定性,提出考虑谐波约束的分布式光伏发电功率波动控制方法。计算分布式光伏发电功率波动差,获取配电网允许功率波动置信区域,明确分布式光伏发电功率波动情况。根据配电网电压不平衡特点,计算功率总谐波畸变率,获取功率波动幅值。通过引入调节系数改变逆变器总谐波畸变率,约束光伏发电过程中产生的谐波。设计分布式光伏发电功率波动控制结构,采用单向变步长追踪法调整工作电压使其接近最大功率点,最小化输出功率波动。由实验结果可知,该方法输出功率保持在相对平稳状态,其波动范围为340~355 W,有效地控制了分布式光伏发电功率波动。The off grid operation of photovoltaic power generation causes significant harmonic generation of photovoltaic inverter,resulting in abnormal fluctuation of power generation.In order to ensure the stability of distributed photovoltaic power generation,a power fluctuation control method of distributed photovoltaic power generation considering harmonic constraints is proposed.Calculate the power fluctuation difference of distributed photovoltaic power generation,obtain the allowable power fluctuation confidence region of the distribution network,and clarify the power fluctuation of distributed photovoltaic power generation.According to the unbalanced characteristics of power grid voltage,the total harmonic distortion rate of power is calculated to obtain the amplitude of power fluctuation.The regulation coefficient is introduced to change the total harmonic distortion rate of the inverter and constrain the harmonic generated in the photovoltaic power generation process.A distributed photovoltaic power generation power fluctuation control structure is designed.The one⁃way variable step tracking method is used to adjust the working voltage to make it close to the maximum power point and minimize the output power fluctuation.The experimental results show that the output power of this method is kept in a relatively stable state,and its fluctuation range is 340~355 W,effectively controlling the power fluctuation of distributed photovoltaic power generation.
