摘  要:由于智能电网负荷频率和负荷电压调节向量不确定,难以实现智能电网负荷协同调度,因此,提出基于混合粒子群优化的智能电网负荷协同调度方法。根据混合粒子群优化条件,求解电网负荷协同调度中的优化参数,定义目标负荷函数。分别计算智能电网负荷频率与负荷电压调节向量,结合电量信号确定协同调度决策指标的取值范围,实现智能电网负荷协同调度。实验结果表明,所提方法应用下,电量信号传输功率极值之差不超过100 dBm,满足智能电网负荷协同调度的实际应用需求。Due to the uncertainty of load frequency and load voltage regulation vector of smart grid,it is difficult to realize smart grid load collaborative scheduling,so a hybrid particle swarm optimization based smart grid load collaborative scheduling method is proposed.According to the hybrid particle swarm optimization conditions,the optimization parameters in the grid load cooperative dispatching are solved,and the target load function is defined.The load frequency and load voltage regulation vector of smart grid are calculated respectively,and the value range of collaborative dispatching decision index is determined based on the electric quantity signal to realize the coordinated dispatching of smart grid load.The experimental results show that under the application of the proposed method,the difference between the extreme values of the transmission power of the electric quantity signal does not exceed 100 dBm,which meets the practical application requirements of the smart grid load cooperative dispatching.
