摘 要:基于保护后端负载电路稳定运行的目的,采用过压过流保护芯片PW1555作为第一级保护电路,微控制器HC32F005与功耗监测芯片INA3221联合构成第二级保护电路的设计方法,实现了可编程双重过压过流保护功能,通过调整保护电路输入电压和保护电路后端负载的方式进行过压过流保护实验,实验结果表明,可编程双重过压过流保护电路的过压阈值误差小于0.750 9%,过流阈值误差小于1.07%,同时微控制器具备IAP升级功能,可通过串口升级进行固件更新与维护。In order to protect the stable operation of the back⁃end load circuit,the over⁃voltage and over⁃current protection chip PW1555 was used as the first stage protection circuit,and the microcontroller HC32F005 and the power consumption monitoring chip INA3221 were combined to form the second stage protection circuit.The programmable double over⁃voltage and over⁃current protection function was realized.The over⁃voltage and over⁃current protection test was carried out by adjusting the input voltage of and the back⁃end load of the protection circuit.The test results showed that the overvoltage threshold error of the programmable double overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuit was less than 0.7509%,and the overcurrent threshold error was less than 1.07%.Meanwhile,the microcontroller had the IAP upgrade function,and the firmware can be updated and maintained through serial port upgrade.
