印染污泥生物炭活化过一硫酸盐对罗丹明B的降解实验研究

摘  要:为了印染污泥固废的高值化利用,经热解将其制备成污泥基生物炭TDSA,用于催化活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)降解罗丹明B(RhB),研究其活化PMS降解Rh B的特性与性能。性能实验研究结果表明,在TDSA/PMS体系中,TDSA可活化PMS实现对Rh B的高效降解,其中600℃热解获得的TDSA体现出最高的Rh B降解性能。且在TDSA/PMS反应体系中,RhB的降解速率随TDSA和PMS投加量的增大而加快,而初始p H与体系反应温度对其影响不大。淬灭实验和电子顺磁共振(EPR)检测结果揭示,体系中同时存在SO^(-)_(4)·、·OH和^(1)O_(2)三种活性物种,且·OH为优势氧物种并对Rh B降解起主要作用。材料表征与机理分析结果表明,TDSA表面的Fe、C—C、C—O、C=O和C=C等均参加了降解反应,其中TDSA的表面官能团(C—C、C—O和C=O)和Fe位点可共同促进·OH和O^(-)_(4)·的释放,而表面Fe位点可促进PMS活化产生^(1)O_(2)。本研究成果探明了一种印染污泥功能化、高值化回用的新思路,拓宽了难降解有机污泥固废处置与资源化利用的路径。Textile dyeing sludge derived catalysts(TDSA)were prepared using textile dyeing sludge to activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for degradation rhodamine B(RhB).In TDSA/PMS system,PMS can be activated towards RhB to achieve efficient degradation.The results showed the TDSA catalyst pyrolyzed under 600℃exhibited the highest degradation efficiency among all catalyts.It was found that the degradation efficiency could be further increased by the addition of the dosage of both TDSA and PMS.TDSA could also be used with PMS towards RhB degradation in a wide range of both pH and reaction temperature.Quenching tests and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)detection demonstrated the coexistence of the reactive oxygen species of SO^(-)_(4)·,·OH and ^(1)O_(2),among which·OH was identified as the dominant reactive species.These results revealed the role of Fe,C—C,C—O,C=O and C=C in TDSA catalysts.Both the functional groups(C—C,C—O and C=O)and Fe sites on the surface of TDSA promoted the release of·OH and SO^(-)_(4)·,while Fe sites might play a positive role in PMS activation to produce ^(1)O_(2).The results of this study proved a new possible solution for the reuse of textile dyeing sludge, and broadened the path of disposal and resource utilization of solid organic sludge.
