摘  要:超声凭借其独特优势成为产前筛查的主要方式。胎儿心脏是产筛的重要环节,其心脏体积小和体位变动等因素给检查带来了难题。超声诊断的准确率依赖医师对解剖与临床知识的掌握程度和机器操作的熟练度,这对缺乏经验的年轻医师而言是一大挑战,所以需要新手段来辅助医师做出诊断。近年来,研究表明人工智能联合超声检查可以提高疾病检出率,缩短检查时间,提高医师工作效率。因此,人工智能用于超声标准切面的识别以及疾病的辅助诊疗十分必要。Ultrasound has become a major modality for prenatal screening due to its unique advantages.Fetal heart is an important part of obstetric screening,and factors such as the small size of its heart and positional changes pose a challenge to the examination.The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis relies on the sonographers's mastery of anatomical and clinical knowledge and proficiency in machine operation,which is not friendly to inexperienced young sonographers,so new means are needed to assist sonographers in making diagnoses.In recent years,studies have shown that artificial intelligence combined with ultrasonography can increase the disease detection rate,shorten the examination time,and improve the efficiency of sonographers.Therefore,artificial intelligence is necessary for the recognition of ultrasound standard section and the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
