摘　　要：冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)心脏康复的发展过程充满了不断的否定与质疑,经历了从“静养”转变为“动养”,从以运动康复为核心的方案转向综合全面干预,其益处已有大量循证医学证据支持,并且得到了多个国家及组织的推荐,与冠心病一级和二级预防紧密结合,在心血管疾病医疗实践中已经成为必不可少的一环,决定着心血管疾病患者的治疗、预后及生存质量。本综述旨在总结国内外心脏康复的起源及历史背景,帮助临床理解心脏康复及其未来潜力,为促进我国心脏康复事业发展提供参考。The development process of cardiac rehabilitation for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is full of constant negations and doubts.It has experienced the transformation from"rest"to"dynamic rehabilitation",from the program with exercise rehabilitation as the core to comprehensive intervention,and from the program with exercise rehabilitation as the core to the comprehensive intervention.Its benefits have been supported by a large number of evidence-based medical evidence,and have been recommended by many countries and organizations.It is closely integrated with the primary and secondary prevention of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,and has become an indispensable part of the medical practice of cardiovascular disease,which determines the treatment,prognosis and quality of life of patients with cardiovascular disease.This review aims to summarize the origin and historical background of cardiac rehabilitation at home and abroad,help clinical understand cardiac rehabilitation and its future potential,and provide a reference for promoting the development of cardiac rehabilitation in China.
