摘 要:社会的进步、不良疾病的进展和高龄女性生育意愿的上升使提高女性生育力成为亟待解决的难题,也是辅助生殖领域面临的重大挑战。对于难以受孕和需要进行生育力保护的患者,调控原始卵泡的休眠与激活至关重要。近年来对原始卵泡激活的研究取得了重大进展,PI3K/Akt和Hippo等信号通路以及多种因子对卵泡发生发育的作用逐渐被发现,体内和体外调控原始卵泡激活的技术也逐步提高。本文对原始卵泡激活的应用、方法及其机制进行简要综述。With the progress of society,the development of adverse diseases,and the increase of fertility desire of elderly women,the improvement of female fertility has become an urgent problem to be solved,and also a major challenge in the field of assisted reproduction.It is important to regulate the dormancy and activation of primordial follicles in patients who have difficulty conceiving and need fertility protection.In recent years,great progress has been made in the study of primordial follicle activation.The role of signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt and Hippo as well as various factors on follicle genesis and development has been gradually discovered,and the techniques for regulating primordial follicle activation in vivo and in vitro have been gradually improved.The application,methods and mechanisms of primordial follicle activation are summarised in this paper.
