倍氯米松福莫特罗吸入气雾剂致老年患者舌部烧灼感1例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师对老年患者气雾剂安全、规范使用的作用。方法:分析1例老年患者使用倍氯米松福莫特罗吸入气雾剂3周后出现舌头局部痛的原因。结果:患者发现其舌头局部表面伴有灼烧感、刺痛和跳痛感,每次用药后痛感加重,舌头表面未见明显伤口或水疱。结合症状与用药时间关联,考虑患者局部舌痛的症状很可能与倍氯米松福莫特罗吸入气雾剂中的成分有关,停药后症状可缓解。结论:临床药师通过排查疾病及药物因素与舌痛的关联,鉴别引起使用气雾剂后舌痛的原因,为老年患者气雾剂的安全、规范使用提供指导。Objective:To explore the role of the clinical pharmacist in the safe and standardized use of aerosols in elderly patients.Methods:The cause of localized tongue pain was analyzed after using beclomethasone formoterol inhalation aerosol for three weeks in an elderly patient.Results:The patient found that the localized surface of his tongue was accompanied by burning,tingling,and throbbing sensations,with the pain worsening with each dose,and no visible wounds or blisters on the surface of the tongue.Combined with the association of symptoms with the time of medication,it was considered that the patient’s symptoms of localized tongue pain were most likely related to the ingredients in beclomethasone formoterol inhalation aerosol,and the symptoms could be relieved after discontinuing the medication.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can identify the causes of tongue pain after aerosol use by screening the association of disease and medication factors with tongue pain,which can provide reference for the safe and standardized use of aerosols in elderly patients.
