点阵铒激光联合外用生长因子凝胶治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者使用点阵铒激光联合外用生长因子凝胶的治疗效果。方法研究对象纳入2021年5月-2024年1月本院的74例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,按照治疗方法不同将患者均分为对照组37例、观察组37例。对照组给予点阵铒激光治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予外用生长因子凝胶治疗,两组都观察6周,记录临床效果。结果两组治疗6周后,总有效率对比发现,观察组(36/37)97.30%、对照组(30/37)81.08%,观察组较高(P<0.05)。两组结痂时间及痂皮脱落时间对比发现,观察组所用时间较对照组少(P<0.05)。两组治疗6周后,ECCA评分对比发现,治疗后较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗6周的皮肤含水量与治疗前相比显著增加(P<0.05),皮肤油脂含量与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗6周后的皮肤含水量、皮肤油脂含量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的治疗过程中使用点阵铒激光联合外用生长因子凝胶的治疗方法,能使结痂与痂皮脱落的时间缩短、治疗效果较高,还可缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的皮肤屏障功能。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of dot matrix erbium laser combined with topical growth factor gel on patients with facial acne concave scars.Method The study subjects included 74 patients with facial acne and concave scars in our hospital from May 2021 to January 2024.According to different treatment methods,37 patients were divided into control group and 37 patients were divided into observation group.The control group was treated with lattice erbium laser,and the observation group was treated with external growth factor gel on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed for 6 weeks,and the clinical effects were recorded.Result After 6 weeks of treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of the observation group(36/37)was 97.30%,while the control group(30/37)was 81.08%.The observation group had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05).The comparison of scab formation time and scab shedding time between the two groups showed that the observation group took less time than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the ECCA scores of the two groups were compared and found to be lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The skin water content was signifificantly increased for 6 weeks(P<0.05),and the skin oil content was signifificantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The skin water content and skin oil content of the observation group were also signifificantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with facial acne and sunken scars,the use of dot matrix erbium laser combined with external growth factor gel can shorten the time of scab formation and scab skin peeling,and has a higher therapeutic effect.It can also alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the skin barrier function of patients.
