摘　　要：目的分析重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子辅助脉冲染料激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2022年11月-2023年10月与航空总医院皮肤科收治的玫瑰痤疮患者。在采用单纯的染料激光治疗的患者群体中随机抽取40例患者纳入对照组。染料激光联合生长因子治疗的患者群体中随机抽取40例纳入观察组。比较两组患者治疗前后玫瑰痤疮症状评分、皮肤屏障功能指标、Acne-QOL评分。比较患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者玫瑰痤疮症状评分、皮肤屏障功能指标、Acne-QOL评分等比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组玫瑰痤疮症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),TEWL低于对照组,角质层含水量、EI高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Acne-QOL(96.45±18.47)分,与对照组(82.49±16.53)分比较差异无统计学意义(t=3.56,P=0.001)。观察组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(近似χ^(2)=4.15,P=0.042)。结论重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子显著提高脉冲染料激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果,修复玫瑰痤疮患者的皮肤屏障功能,值得临床进一步研究与推广。Objective Analysis of the clinical effificacy of recombinant human basic fifibroblast growth factor assisted pulsed dye laser treatment for rosacea.Methods The research subjects were patients with rosacea admitted to General Hospital of China Aviation from November 2022 to October 2023.Randomly select 40 patients from the patient population treated with pure dye laser and include them in the control group.Forty patients were randomly selected from the patient population treated with dye laser combined with growth factor and included in the observation group.Compare the symptom scores and skin barrier function indicators of rosacea before and after treatment between two groups of patients Acne QOL score.Compare the clinical outcomes of patients after treatment.Results Before treatment,two groups of patients had rosacea symptom scores,skin barrier function indicators There was no statistically signifificant difference in Acne QOL scores and other comparisons.After treatment,the symptom score of rosacea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),TEWL is lower than the control group,and the moisture content of the stratum corneum is lower The EI was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Acne QOL score of the observation group was(96.45±18.47),and there was no statistically signifificant difference compared to the control group(82.49±16.53)score(t=3.56,P=0.001).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(approximate chi squareχ^(2)=4.15,P=0.04).Conclusion Rh-bFGF signifificantly improves the clinical effificacy of pulsed dye laser treatment for rosacea,repairs the skin barrier function of rosacea patients,and is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
