摘  要:心脑血管及神经退行性疾病是好发于中老年人群的常见疾病,具有较高的致残率和病死率,严重威胁着人类健康。前动力蛋白受体2(prokineticin 2,PK2)是新发现的一种分泌性蛋白,通过与其受体(prokineticin receptor,PKR)1或2结合,在许多生理病理过程中发挥着重要的作用。与PK2/PKRs相关的众多研究显示,该信号通路在心脑血管及神经退行性疾病的发生发展过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,通过研究探讨它们之间的联系,PK2/PKRs将可能成为临床上治疗该类疾病的新靶点。Cardio-cerebrovascular and neurodegenerative diseases are diseases of high-incidence diseases among middle-aged and elderly people,with high disability and mortality rates,which seriously threaten human health.PK2 is a newly discovered secreted protein that plays an important role in many physiological and pathological processes by binding to its receptor PKR1 or 2.Numerous studies related to PK2/PKRs have shown that this signaling pathway also plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular,cerebrovascular and neurodegenerative diseases,and through exploring the connection between them,PK2/PKRs may become a new target for the clinical treatment of these diseases.
