数据要素投入对中国省域制造业绿色全要素生产率的影响研究

摘　　要：以2010—2021年中国30个省份制造业为研究对象,运用超效率SBM模型,将数据要素纳入生产函数,测算省域制造业的绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),利用GMM方法建立动态面板模型分析数据要素投入对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:(1)数据要素投入对制造业GTFP的提升具有显著促进作用,对东部地区的影响作用更为显著。(2)数据要素投入水平对制造业GTFP的影响存在基于数据要素投入水平的单门槛效应,当数据要素投入水平小于门槛值0.317时,对GTFP具有微弱的抑制作用,但当其跨越门槛值后,则表现出明显的正向促进作用。(3)数据要素投入水平能够通过推动要素禀赋结构的合理化,进而促进制造业GTFP的提升。基于此,就合理配置数据要素投入水平、提升制造业GTFP及优化要素禀赋结构等提出政策建议。This paper takes the manufacturing industry of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021 as the research object,and uses GMM method to establish a dynamic panel model to analyze the impact of data factor input on green total factor productivity(GTFP).The results show that:(1)Data factor input has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of GTFP in manufacturing industry,and the impact on the eastern region is more significant.(2)The influence of data factor input level on manufacturing GTFP has a single threshold effect based on data factor input level.When the data factor input level is less than the threshold value of 0.317,it has a weak inhibitory effect on GTFP,but when it crosses the threshold value,it shows a significant positive promotion effect.(3)The level of data factor input can improve the GTFP in manufacturing by promoting the rationalization of factor endowment structure.Based on this,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on rationally allocating the input level of data factors,improving the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry and optimizing factor endowment structure.
