摘　　要：基于2005—2020年黄河流域100个地级市的面板数据,通过构建高质量发展和产业生态化的耦合协调度模型,分析了产业生态化和高质量发展耦合协调的时空格局。通过构建Tobit模型,对二者耦合的影响因素进行探究,以期为黄河流域产业生态化与高质量发展的耦合协调提供政策检验。结果发现:(1)黄河流域高质量发展和产业生态化耦合度水平整体处于磨合阶段,上中游地区耦合度低于下游地区。(2)黄河流域高质量发展和产业生态化耦合协调度水平整体上处于初级协调状态,耦合协调度缓慢上升。(3)黄河流域产业生态化与高质量发展耦合关系以协调型为主,滞缓型和衰退型占比较少,耦合状况良好。(4)对动力因素分析而构建的Tobit模型表明经济发展水平、工业化水平、产业结构、对外开放水平对高质量发展和产业生态化耦合协调度均有显著影响。Based on the panel data of 100 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River basin from 2005 to 2020,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal pattern of the coupling and coordination of high-quality development and industrial ecology by constructing a coupling and coordination model of high-quality development and industrial ecology.Through the construction of Tobit model,the article explores the influencing factors of their coupling,with a view to providing a policy test for the coupling and coordination of the ecological industry and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin.The results show that:(1)The coupling degree level of high-quality development and industrial ecological development in the Yellow River Basin is in the running-in stage,and the coupling degree in the upper and middle reaches is lower than that in the downstream regions.(2)The level of high-quality development and industrial ecological coupling coordination in the Yellow River Basin is generally in a primary coordination state,and the coupling coordination degree is slowly rising.(3)The coupling relationship between ecological industry and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin is mainly coordinated,with less stagnation and decline,and the coupling condition is good.(4)The Tobit model constructed by the analysis of dynamic factors shows that the level of economic development,industrialization level,industrial structure and opening level to the outside world have a significant impact on high-quality development and industrial ecological coupling and coordination degree.
