组态视角下城市双元绿色创新提升路径探究——基于黄河流域57个城市案例

摘  要:双元绿色创新是实现区域经济高质量发展与生态和谐共生的强劲动力。以黄河流域57个城市为案例,基于组态视角和“资源—政府—市场”框架,探讨三方面因素对城市双元绿色创新的协调联动关系,剖析驱动城市双元绿色创新的多重并发因果机制和组态路径。结果表明:单一要素不能构成双元绿色创新的必要条件,高探索式绿色创新和高利用式绿色创新的组态路径存在差异。资源因素是实现高双元绿色创新的关键因素,研发人员对高探索式绿色创新的支撑作用最为显著,市场竞争对高利用式绿色创新的实现更为关键。该研究揭示了城市双元绿色创新的多条提升路径,对有效推动城市绿色转型进程具有重要的借鉴意义。Dual green innovation is a strong driving force for achieving high-quality development of regional economy and harmonious coexistence of ecology.Taking 57 cities in the Yellow River Basin as examples,based on a configuration perspective and the“resource-government-market”framework,this study explores the coordinated linkage relationship between three factors on urban dual green innovation,and analyzes the multiple concurrent causal mechanisms and configuration paths driving urban dual green innovation.The results indicate that a single element cannot constitute a necessary condition for dual green innovation,and there are differences in the configuration paths of high exploratory green innovation and high utility green innovation.The resource factor is the key factor in achieving high dual green innovation,and R&D personnel play the most significant role in supporting high exploratory green innovation.Market competition is even more crucial for achieving high utility green innovation.This study reveals multiple improvement paths for urban dual green innovation,which has important reference significance for effectively promoting the process of urban green transformation.
