摘 要:大模型作为智能时代技术革新的新兴产物,将加速国防知识产权工作方法与手段优化创新。本文以大模型在垂直领域应用的研究现状为基础,从大模型背后的技术机理与应用机理出发,设计包含“模型层—治理层—应用层—能力层—场景层” 5维大模型赋能国防知识产权工作的基本框架,并基于目前存在的问题,探讨大模型赋能国防知识产权管理、国防知识产权服务和国防知识产权支撑战略决策3个场景下的9个应用模式,以期为相关理论与实践发展提供参考。As an emerging product of technological innovation in the intelligent era,large language models will accelerate the optimization and innovation of methods and means for national defense intellectual property work.This article is based on the research status of the application of large language models in vertical fields,the technical and application mechanisms of large language models are researched,and a five-dimensional basic framework consisting of model layer,governance layer,application layer,capability layer,and scene layer is designed.Based on the current existing problems,nine application modes in three scenarios of empowering national defense intellectual property management,national defense intellectual property services,and national defense intellectual property support strategic decision-making through large language models are explored,in order to provide reference for the development of relevant theories and practices.
