纤维蛋白降解产物和D-二聚体与毒蛇咬伤患者病情严重程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的 探究纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体与毒蛇咬伤患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法 回顾性分析2021年6月—2023年9月来恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院就诊的毒蛇咬伤患者78例,根据病情严重程度分为轻度(n=35例)、中度(n=21例)、重度(n=22例),通过比较各组患者的纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平,分析纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体与病情严重程度的相关性。结果 将三组毒蛇咬伤患者的纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平整体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度组患者纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平均高于中度组、轻度组,中度组患者纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平均高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒蛇咬伤患者的纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平与病情严重程度(轻中重)呈强正相关(r=0.7767、0.8004,P<0.05),病情越重,纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平越高。结论 纤维蛋白降解产物、D-二聚体水平与毒蛇咬伤患者病情严重程度呈强正相关,二者是预测病情严重程度的重要指标。Objective To study the correlation between fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),D-dimer and severity in patients with venomous snake bites.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on seventy-eight patients with venomous snake bites who visited at ER of the central hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture from June 2021 to September 2023.All patients were classified into mild(n=35),moderate(n=21),and severe(n=22)according to Snakebite Severity Rating Scale.The correlation between FDP and D-dimer and the severity was analyzed and compared among the three groups.Results There were significant differences in FDP and D-dimer levels among the three groups(P<0.05),with the severe group having the highest level and the mild group having the lowest level.The levels of FDP and D-dimer in patients with venomous snake bites showed a strong positive correlation.Conclusion FDP and D-dimer levels in patients with venomous snake bites are indicators that reflect the severity of the disease.
