摘  要:粉土基可控性低强度材料(土基CLSM)是低碳绿色回填材料的一个发展方向。本研究以等粒径大小分别为0.5mm、1mm、2mm、5mm、10mm玻璃珠为理想骨料,探讨以粉土和水为胶凝剂配制土基CLSM的可行性,研究等粒径玻璃骨料粒径、含量与水固比对土基CLSM流动性的影响。结果表明,试验范围所有粒径理想骨料均可配置符合施工流动度要求的CLSM。所有骨料粒径的土基CLSM均表现出随水固比增加而流动度增大。良好流动度水固比与骨料含量有关,与骨料粒径无关。低掺量骨料流动度受土基流动性控制,良好流动度对应的水土比与纯土相同。高掺量骨料符合施工要求的流动度均出现泌水现象,对应的水土比与纯土出现泌水现象时的水土比一致。基于骨料堆积结构对试验结果进一步分析,发现优势骨料掺量为40%~50%。Soil-based controlled low strength materials(CLSM) is a development direction for low-carbon green backfill materials.In this study,glass beads with equal particle sizes of 0.5mm,1mm,2mm,5mm and 10mm are used as ideal aggregates,and the feasibility of preparing soil-based CLSM with silt and water as binder agents is discussed.The effects of particle size and content of glass aggregate and water-solid ratio on the fluidity of soil-based CLSM materials are studied.The results show that all aggregates with ideal particle size within the experimental range can be configured with CLSM that meets the fluidity requirements of construction.The soil-based CLSM of all aggregate sizes exhibits an increase in fluidity with the increase of water-solid ratio.The water-solid ratio corresponding to good fluidity is only related to aggregate content,but not to the particle size.The fluidity of low content aggregate is controlled by the fluidity of soil matrix,and the water-soil ratio corresponding to good fluidity is the same as that of pure soil.Bleeding occurs in the test of high-content aggregate,and the water-soil ratio is consistent with that of pure soil when it shows bleeding.Based on the aggregate stacking structure,the results are further analyzed,and it is found that the dominant aggregate content is between 40% and 50%.
