摘 要:采用水泥净浆、纳米SiO_(2)、水泥净浆和纳米SiO_(2)三种强化工艺对再生骨料进行处理,并对比分析。结果表明,纳米SiO_(2)强化后的再生骨料吸水率为2.4%,压碎指标为4%。当再生骨料替代率为40%时,纳米SiO_(2)强化后的再生砂浆7d抗折强度达到26.72MPa,28d抗折强度达到34.04MPa;7d抗压强度达到57.55MPa,28d抗压强度达到68.46MPa;冻融循环50次时质量损失率下降,相对动弹性模量提高,抗冻性能明显改善。Three reinforcement processes,cement slurry,nano-SiO_(2),and a combination of cement slurry and nano-SiO_2,are used to treat recycled aggregates,and comparative analysis is conducted.The results show that the water absorption rate of the recycled aggregates reinforced with nano-SiO_(2) is 2.4%,and the crushing index is 4%.When the replacement rate of recycled aggregates is 40%,the 7-day flexural strength of the recycled mortar reinforced with nano-SiO_(2) reaches26.72MPa,the 28-day flexural strength reaches 34.04MPa,and the 7-day compressive strength reaches 57.55MPa,the28-day compressive strength reaches 68.46MPa.After 50 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss rate of the recycled mortar reinforced with nano-SiO_(2) decreases,its relative dynamic elastic modulus increases,and the frost resistance performance is significantly improved.
