摘  要:为研究R454B组分发生微小变化对屋顶式空气调节机组性能的影响,对一台风冷屋顶式空气调节机组进行制冷工况测试,分析R454B不同组分占比下制冷量、能效比、压缩机排气温度等性能参数的变化。结果表明:R32占比增量在1.4%~2.2%时,名义制冷量变化在0.5%~1.4%,名义制冷能效比变化范围在-0.10%~0.32%;饱和冷凝温度和饱和蒸发温度变化不明显。In order to study the influence of minor variation in R454B composition on the performance of the rooftop air-conditioning units,the test is conducted on one air cooled rooftop air-conditioning unit under the refrigeration conditions,to analyze the changes of performance parameters such as cooling capacity,energy efficiency ratio and compressor discharge temperature under different composition ratios,The results show that the rated cooling capacity changes between 0.5%and 1.4%,and the rated EER chan-ges between-0.10%and 0.32%when the proportion of R32 increases from 1.4%to 2.2%,The changes of saturation condensing temperature and evaporating temperature are not significant.
