摘　　要：文章以河北省某疾控中心建筑节能改造工程为例,分析了包括供热供冷系统、照明系统和水系统在内的运行能耗以及实际运行情况,对其进行了问题诊断并提出了改造建议。经计算,改造费用为97万元,年可节约运行费用35.43万元,对同类建筑的节能改造具有一定的借鉴参考意义。This paper takes the building energy saving renovation project of a disease control center in Hlebei Province as an example,analyzes the operation energy consumption and actual operation of the heating and cooling system,lighting system and water system,and diagnoses the problems and provides suggestions for the renova-tion.After calculation,the renovation cost is 970000 yuan,and the annual operating cost can be saved by 354300 yuan,which has certain reference significance for the energysaving renovation of similar buildings.
