摘  要:为便于工程人员或设计人员进行螺杆式压缩机转子受力计算,满足转子强度校核、轴承选型以及轴承寿命核算要求,提出一种螺杆式压缩机转子受力简化计算方法,并通过计算流体动力学方法进行验证。结果表明:在不同工况下,该简化计算方法对径向力预测的偏差在8.0%以内,个别工况最大偏差为11.4%,轴向力的预测偏差在5.0%以内,简化模型能够满足工程应用的要求。In order to help engineers or designers to perform rotor force calculation of screw compressors to satisfy the requirements of rotor strength check,bearing selection and bearing life calculation,a simplified rotor force calculation method of screw compres sors is proposed and verified by computational fluid dynamics method.The results show that under different working conditions,the error of the simplified calculation method for the prediction of radial force is basically within 8.0%,and the maximum error of radial force under individual working conditions is 11.4%and the error of axial force prediction is within 5.0%,thus the simplified model can meet the requirements of engineering application.
