摘　　要：新中国成立以来,云南的跨境民族舞蹈文化交流互鉴始终在国家政策的统领下继续传承中华民族海纳百川、开放包容的文化胸襟。“一带一路”倡议实施以来,云南秉承和延续着与欧亚各国人民割不断的文化艺术交流传统,主动发挥地方政府和民间行为互映互动的积极性与创造性,充分展示了国家和人民包容互惠与开放博大的胸襟,展现了我国古往今来国家文化行为与民间交流互动的强大能量,并始终以其具有历史连续性的方式参与到构建人类命运共同体的国家叙事中。Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,cross-border ethnic dance in Yunnan always has cultural exchanges and mutual learning.These exchanges have been guided by the policies of the state,continuing to inherit the cultural breadth of the Chinese nation,which is inclusive and open.In the past ten years of the"Belt and Road Initiative",Yunnan has continued the tradition of cultural and artistic exchanges with people in Europe and Asia,fully played the initiative and creativity of local governments and folk acts,fully demonstrated the tolerance,mutual benefit and openness of the country and people,demonstrated strong energy of interaction between cultural act of state and folk exchanges since ancient times,and always participated in the national narration of building a community with a shared future for mankind in the way of historical continuity.
