摘 要:通过有限元分析,确定保温层弹性模量以及拉结件布置方式对墙板面外承载力和刚度的影响特性,试件的组合度以及墙板承载力、刚度、开裂弯矩计算方法。结果表明,内、外叶砂加气墙板与中间保温层的粘结作用,显著提高砂加气复合外墙板的面外承载力和刚度;拉结件数量的增加,对砂加气复合外墙板承载力和刚度影响较小;砂加气复合外墙板的组合度较低,面外承载力和刚度按照非组合受力模式计算;普通配筋混凝土板开裂弯矩的计算方法与试验值吻合度较好,可应用于此类砂加气复合外墙板开裂弯矩的计算。Through finite element analysis,determine the influence characteristics of the elastic modulus of the insulation layer and the arrangement of tie members on the outer bearing capacity and stiffness of the wall panel,the combination degree of the test pieces,and the calculation methods for the bearing capacity,stiffness,and cracking moment of the wall panel.The results show that the bonding effect between the inner and outer leaf sand aerated wall panels and the intermediate insulation layer can significantly improve the surface bearing capacity and stiffness of the sand aerated composite exterior wall panels.The increase in the number of tie pieces has a relatively small impact on the load-bearing capacity and stiffness of sand aerated composite exterior wall panels.The combination degree of sand aerated composite exterior wall panels is relatively low,and the surface bearing capacity and stiffness are calculated according to the non combination stress mode.The calculation method for the cracking moment of ordinary reinforced concrete slabs is in good agreement with the experimental values,and can be applied to the calculation of the cracking moment of such sand aerated composite exterior wall panels.
