装配式建筑密封胶与外墙涂料搭配性研究

摘　　要：通过选取不同的装配式建筑用密封胶和外墙涂料产品进行互相搭配,参照相关密封胶和涂层的检测方法,对装配式建筑用密封胶的可涂覆性与外墙涂料兼容性进行评价。可涂覆性包括涂层湿膜状态和干燥后成膜的涂层情况,兼容性包括干燥/固化情况、色差、附着力性能。结果表明,本次样品中改性胶的可涂覆性与兼容性整体优于硅酮胶;弹性外墙涂料涂覆在密封胶表面的整体效果优于普通外墙涂料和砂壁状外墙涂料。研究中提供的检测方法可为建筑密封胶和外墙涂料的可涂覆性与兼容性做出评价。This study evaluates the applicability and compatibility of prefabricated building sealants and exterior wall coatings by selecting different types of sealants and exterior wall coating products for mutual matching,and referring to relevant testing methods for sealants and coatings.Applicability includes the wet film state of the coating and the coating condition after drying;Compatibility includes performance such as drying/curing conditions,color difference,adhesion.The results showed that the overall combination of modified sealant and coating was better than that of sealant and coating in this sample.The overall effect of elastomeric exterior wall coatings on the surface of sealant is better than that of ordinary exterior wall coatings and sand textured wall coatings.The detection method provided in this study can evaluate the paintability and compatibility of sealants and coatings.
