钢渣沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘　　要：通过体积替代法采用5~10 mm钢渣替代同档玄武岩,制备5种不同钢渣掺量的AC-13沥青混合料。确定各级配组成及油石比后,对各钢渣沥青混合料进行高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性及动态模量等路用性能验证。结果显示,钢渣沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性能和动态模量均随着钢渣掺量的增加呈先提高后降低的趋势;当钢渣掺量为75%时,沥青混合料的性能达到最佳,动稳定度、动态模量(低温高频时)分别较未掺钢渣时提高了41.6%、56.4%,冻融劈裂强度较未掺钢渣时提高了5.4个百分点;钢渣掺量增加对低温抗裂性能的积极影响有限。建议AC-13沥青混合料的钢渣掺量为75%。The 5~10 mm basalt coarse aggregate was replaced by the same grade steel slag by volume substitution method to prepare five AC-13 asphalt mixtures with different steel slag contents.After determining the composition of each grade and the ratio of oil to stone,the high temperature performance,low temperature performance,water stability and dynamic modulus of each steel slag asphalt mixture were verified.The results show that the high-temperature performance,water stability,and dynamic modulus of steel slag asphalt mixture all show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of steel slag content.When the steel slag content reaches 75%,the properties of asphalt concrete reached the best,the dynamic stability and dynamic modulus(low temperature and high frequency)increase by 41.6%and 56.4%,respectively,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio increase by 5.4 percent point compared with the traditional asphalt mixture.The increase of steel slag content has no obvious effect on the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture.It is recommended to adopt 75%steel slag content for AC-13 asphalt mixture.
