上海里弄建筑有机更新策略与实践

摘　　要：在上海城市发展的新进程中,里弄建筑正面临发展困境,存在居住密度高、使用功能不完善、设施设备老化等问题,无法充分满足当前居住需求;同时,上海里弄建筑的存量正逐渐减少,对其实施保护利用和有机更新刻不容缓。文章通过梳理上海里弄建筑营造演变和发展历程,分析各类里弄建筑营造技术与理念的局限性,探讨里弄建筑的城市定位与价值修复,进而提出“留改拆”背景下里弄建筑的有机更新策略;并以和合坊为例,介绍有机更新策略的工程实践,希望为里弄建筑保留保护和上海文化载体活化利用提供技术支撑。In the new process of urban development in Shanghai,lane architecture is confronted with development predicament,and there are problems of high residential density,imperfect using function as well as aging facilities and equipment,etc.,being incapable of amply meeting the present residential demand;meanwhile,the stock of lane architecture in Shanghai is gradually decreasing,and it is imperative to implement protection,utilization and organic renewal to it.Through combing the construction evolution and development process of lane architecture in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the limitation of the construction technology and idea of various lane architectures,this paper discusses the urban location and value repair of lane architecture,and further put forwards the strategy for organic renewal of lane architecture under the background of“leaving,changing and dismantling”.Taking Hehefang as an example,it introduces the engineering practice of the strategy of organic renewal,and it is hoped to provide technical support for the conservation of lane architecture and the activation and utilization of the carrier for Shanghai culture.
