公共领域视角下的城市社区更新实践——以成都市为例

摘　　要：我国城市中老旧社区数量众多,社区内部社会关系复杂,城市社区发展面临一系列挑战。文章从公共领域的研究视角,梳理国内外城市社区发展的理论与实践;并以成都中心城区老旧社区更新实践为例,建立社区发展规划和社区发展治理的解析框架;在此基础上,研究社区公共资源的本底和公共设施的投入,指出公共领域的重建在当前社区更新中起到重要的支持作用;最终提出公共空间营造和利益公平分配相结合的城市社区更新路径。There are multitudinous old communities in Chinese cities,the social relations inside community are complicated and development of urban community is faced with a series of challenge.From the visual angle of public domain for research,this paper combs the theory and practice of community development in domestic and foreign cities,and taking the renewal practice of old community in downtown Chengdu as an example,it establishes the analysis framework for community development planning and community development governance;the background for public resource of community and the input of public facilities are studied on that basis,it is pointed out that the reconstruction of public domain has important supporting effect in the present community renewal;the renewal path for urban community is finally put forward to combine the construction of public space and fair distribution of benefits.
