摘　　要：目的 探讨术中快速免疫组化染色在快速冰冻病理诊断过程中的作用。方法 选取苏州大学附属第四医院病理科12例快速诊断困难的病例,用直接免疫组化抗体CK-pan、p63、CK5/6对冰冻切片组织进行染色,判读结果与常规石蜡免疫组化染色结果进行比对。结果 术中快速免疫组化染色结果与HE镜下表现较为吻合,且与常规石蜡免疫组化染色结果存在较高的一致性。结论 术中快速免疫组化染色能很好地辅助病理医生,对冰冻快速镜下难以鉴别肿瘤良恶性、淋巴结转移情况、体内可疑转移灶术中活检的病例做出较为精确的诊断。Objective To investigate the role of rapid immunohistochemical staining in the pathological diagnosis of rapid freezing. Methods Twelve cases with difficulty in rapid diagnosis were selected from Department of Pathology, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. The frozen sections were stained with direct immunohistochemical antibodies CK-pan, p63, CK5/6, and the interpretation results were compared with those of conventional paraffin wax immunohistochemical staining. Results The results of rapid immunohistochemical staining during operation were consistent with those under HE microscope, and with those of conventional immunohistochemical staining. Conclusion Intraoperative rapid immunohistochemical staining can provide a good guide for pathologists to accurately diagnose the cases in which it is difficult to distinguish benign and malignant tumors, lymph node metastasis, and suspected metastasis in vivo during intraoperative biopsy under frozen rapid microscopy.
