摘 要:以银纳米线(AgNWs)为导电相,聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)膜为基材,采用旋涂-转移法制备可拉伸银纳米线透明导电膜,即先将AgNWs均匀旋涂在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)薄膜表面,然后转移到半干的PDMS膜表面,再经热处理获得可拉伸银纳米线透明导电膜(AgNWs/PDMS)。研究了银纳米线的浓度、用量和尺寸以及旋涂层数对AgNWs/PDMS导电性、透光性、可拉伸性以及稳定性的影响;随着银纳米线浓度和用量的增加,AgNWs/PDMS膜的导电性和透光性下降。随着银纳米线直径下降,薄膜的透光性增加,但导电性下降。采用0.2 mL的2 mg/mL银纳米线(直径60 nm,长度25~30μm)旋涂4层所制备的薄膜在550 nm处的透光率为72.5%,方阻为32.94Ω/□。同时,AgNWs/PDMS膜具有良好的柔韧性、弯折稳定性、可拉伸性和电稳定性。Transparent and stretchable conductive film was prepared by spin-coating and transfer method with silver nanowires(AgNWs)as conductive materials and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)film as substrate.AgNWs were first uniformly spin coated on the surface of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film,and transferred onto the surface of a semi dry polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)film,which was then heat treated to obtain the stretchable and transparent conductive film.The concentration and content of AgNWs and spin coating times were studied to understand their effect on the conductivity,transmittance,stretchability,and stability of the AgNWs/PDMS film.The conductivity and transmittance of the AgNWs/PDMS film decrease as the concentration and amount of AgNWs increase.As the diameter of the AgNWs decreases,the transmittance increases,while the conductivity decreases.By spin-coating 4-layer of 0.2 mL of 2 mg/mL AgNWs(diameter 60 nm,length 25-30μm),the AgNWs/PDMS film has a transmittance of 72.5%at 550 nm and a sheet resistance of 32.94Ω/□.Meanwhile,AgNWs/PDMS film exhibits excellent flexibility,bending stability,stretchability,and electrical stability.
