摘 要:环境能源的利用可以有效缓解资源匮乏和电池污染带来的负面影响,其中风能是最具有潜力的能源之一。为了有效的利用生活中的风力,设计了一种颤振式的摩擦纳米发电机,其工作模式为接触独立层模式。该发电机以静电纺丝膜聚丙烯腈和聚偏氟乙烯作为摩擦材料,研究了风速、器件间隙、颤振膜尺寸对频率和电输出信号的影响。结果表明:PAN静电纺丝膜用作摩擦正极层,具有极好的机械性能、耐高温稳定性。选用PVDF静电纺丝膜作为负摩擦电级,PVDF静电纺丝膜具有较高的耐磨性和极化程度。F-TENG的最大输出功率可以达到164.6μW,短路电流为9.69μA,开路电压约为112.3 V。风力驱动的F-TENG可以点亮最少150个商业用LED。通过和整流装置的连接可以为小功率用电器(计算器)进行供电。拓展了静电纺丝膜在摩擦纳米发电机上的应用。The use of environmental energy can effectively alleviate the negative impact of resource scarcity and battery pollution,where wind energy is one of the most promising energy sources.To effectively utilize the wind power in daily life,a vibrating friction nanogenerator was designed with contact independent layer mode.The effects of wind speed,device gap and flutter film size on frequency and electrical output signal were studied by using electrospinning film of polyacrylonitrile and polyvinylidene fluoride as friction materials.The results show that the PAN electrospinning film can be used as the positive electrode layer,which has excellent mechanical properties and high temperature stability.PVDF electrospinning film has higher wear resistance and polarization degree.The maximum output power of the F-TENG can reach 164.6μW with short circuit current of 9.69μA and open circuit voltage of about 112.3 V.The wind-powered F-TENG can light up at least 150 commercial LEDs.After connected with rectifier devices,it can power up low-power electrical appliances such as calculators.Here the application of electrospinning film was extended in friction nanogenerators.
